Binyan A'dam processes your personal data to be able to contact you by telephone

if you request it and/or to be able to contact you in writing (by e-mail). Please contact us if you cannot be reached by telephone.

Binyan A'dam does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data is collected. Your data will not be kept longer than a year if no agreement is concluded with you.

Binyan A'dam will only provide your personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the performance of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

General visitor data is kept on the Binyan A'dam website, including the IP address of your computer and the time of retrieval and data that your browser sends. This data is used for analyzation of visit and click behaviours on the website. Binyan A'dam uses this information to improve the functioning of the website. This data is anonymized as much as possible and is not provided by third parties.

Binyan A'dam uses Google Analytics to track how users use the the website and how effective Binyan A'dam's Adwords ads at Google search result pages. Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to be able to provide reports about the Website to Binyan A'dam and to provide advertisers with information about the effectiveness of their campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google legally is required, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. Binyan A'dam has no influence on this. Binyan A'dam has not given Google permission to use Binyan A'dam to use obtained Analytics information for other Google services.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to info@binyanadam.nl. Binyan A'dam will respond to your request as soon as possible, but at the latest within four weeks.
